Shipping and Delivery

1.  Shipments in the Continental US

  • $2 Flat Rate Ground shipping
  • Orders placed Monday - Friday before Noon Central time will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after Noon Central time or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
  • Carrier Options:  USPS, UPS and FedEx
  • Next Day Air Shipments: Next Day Air shipping transit times apply to business days only. (Monday-Friday) We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Any orders placed before Noon Central Time on Friday with Next Day Air service will deliver on Monday. Any orders placed on Friday after Noon Central Time will not ship until the following Monday.

 2.  Shipments to Canada – Duties and Taxes

    • Any orders shipped to Canada via UPS or FedEx will incur duties and taxes.  These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  UPS/FedEx will contact the recipient before the shipment is delivered requesting payment.    
    • Any orders shipped to Canada via US Mail will not incur duties and taxes from the US Postal Office.  However, Canadian Post may require the recipient to pay GST, or HST and PST.  Canadian Post also charges the recipient CAN$9.95 handling fee.   These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will need to be paid at the time of delivery.
    • Any orders refused because of these fees, will be refunded once the product is returned, minus shipping. 

  

Returns and Replacements

Items may be returned for a refund of merchandise costs (minus original shipping costs) or exchange within 30 days of purchase in any of the following situations:

  1. Items received were defective or dead on arrival.
  2. Items received were not the items that were ordered.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. The RMA number must appear on all packages and paperwork related to this return. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of shipment of your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement products will be shipped to the customer via Ground service.

Email store@mikeshiner.com to request an RMA number. Please include the order number along with the reason for return in your e-mail message. When you have received your RMA number, please ship the item (including all original packaging and components), to:

All transactions are encrypted using SSL so your information is safe and secure. We never store credit card information on our servers.

Cancellations

We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your purchase. Contact us immediately via phone 608-785-7939 or e-mail store@mikeshiner.com to cancel your purchase. Every attempt will be made to cancel your purchase, but if the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your purchase, our standard Returns and Replacements Policy will apply.

Pricing/International Purchases

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The card issuer will handle all currency conversions to U.S. dollars. In some cases, your bank may charge you a fee. Please contact your bank in regards to these fees.
